The jewel in our culinary crown, Meridian presents contemporary Australian cuisine at its most compelling. Chef Thomas Wren's ever-evolving menu celebrates the diverse produce of Australia's coastal and inland regions, presented with quiet drama and impeccable technique.

Awarded two hats in the Australian Good Food Guide, Meridian offers à la carte dining, a seasonal degustation menu and exclusive chef's table experiences for parties of two to eight.

As evening falls, the Terrace transforms into an intimate dinner venue, with candlelit tables and a rotating menu of Australian grilled specialties and charcuterie boards.

Garden Brasserie

A warm, welcoming space for informal dining throughout the day. The Garden Brasserie draws on French brasserie traditions — robust dishes, fresh pastries and exceptional coffee in a relaxed, light-filled setting overlooking the resort gardens.

Open daily for breakfast, lunch and a relaxed dinner service. Ideal for families, solo travellers and those who want unhurried, flavoursome dining without the formality.
